Our Team Our combined team experience exceeds 200 years. As with the doctors, their Certified Dental Assistants make continuing education a priority; this includes yearly CPR training for our entire team.
Credit Cards In addition to our normal payment plans, our office accepts credit cards for payments (Master Card, Visa, Discover Card but not American Express). We also offer a new convenience payment plan called Chase Health Advance. Please inquire about this new financing option.
An Automatic credit card draft draw each month for your monthly payments can be arranged.
Scheduling appointments Appointments may be made by calling 282-2150 Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed for lunch from 1:00pm to 2:00 pm) and Fridays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Emergencies Call the Office There are occasions throughout the year, when the team attends educational seminars and are away from the office. Therefore, please call the office first before coming in for emergencies.
When the doctors are out of town, there is always another orthodontist on call for them.
Office Hours Our Normal office hours are: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed for lunch 1:00 pm to 2:00pm. On Fridays, Dr. James Kaley teaches at UNC Chapel Hill in the Department of Orthodontics; therefore, our office is open from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, only. We can see some emergency patients or refer to a doctor on call. Please call first.
Sterilization Our office provides state-of-the-art procedures for sterilization and strictly follows the OSHA regulations and guidelines fro sterilization procedures, as well as proper waste disposal.
