 Our patients, parents, relatives, and friends are very important to us. Therefore, we offer only the best orthodontic care and services available. We assist our patients in realizing the importance of following all instructions carefully, keeping scheduled appointments and visiting their dentist regularly in order to accomplish the goal of a beautiful smile. Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm. We are closed for lunch from 1-2pm. On Fridays, Dr. James Kaley teaches at UNC Chapel Hill in the Orthodontic Department; therefore, our office is open from 8am-12:00 noon on Fridays to handle emergencies.

In 1995, after Drs. James and Mark Kaley faced the devastation of their wife and mother, Martha, being diagnosed with breast cancer that was discovered accidentally, the Kaley family founded Friends For An Earlier Breast Cancer Test. The single mission of Friends is to support new, innovative research to identify a BIOLOGICAL test that would detect the presence of breast cancer far earlier than is now available, possibly before a tumor has even formed.
